Job summary

Interpath is an international advisory firm with a growing restructuring practice in London. As Manager, Restructuring you will lead a diverse portfolio of advisory and insolvency engagements, guiding complex mandates, managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

You will work with senior leaders to deliver practical, commercial solutions while ensuring delivery to high standards and regulatory compliance across sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in restructuring, insolvency, turnaround, or related advisory.
• Professional qualification ACA/ACCA/JIEB or CPI, or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of restructuring advisory and insolvency engagements for corporates, lenders and investors.
• Manage client engagements from planning through to completion, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Analyse financial and operational information to support restructuring and turnaround recommendations.
• Develop practical, commercially focused solutions, working with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, legal advisers, lenders and other key stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Restructuring practice to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Stay up to date with developments in restructuring and regulatory requirements.
