• 3-5 years' residential conveyancing experience
• CILEx qualification, CLC licence or law degree
• Strong experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions independently
• Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Confident communication skills and client-focused approach
• Empathy when dealing with clients in difficult circumstances
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-led environment

Responsibilities

• Manage an end-to-end caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Prepare, review and progress contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage documentation and other legal documents
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other parties throughout the transaction
• Carry out property searches, due diligence and associated legal checks
• Maintain accurate and well-organised case files
• Manage deadlines and ensure transactions progress efficiently
• Provide clear, professional and compassionate communication to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Support wider administrative and property-related tasks as required
