Job description

Are you someone keen to tell a story with data? Do you have an inquisitive mindset that will help make a positive difference across University Hospitals of Northamptonshire?

We are expanding our analytical offering by increasing roles in the Insights & Partnerships section of the Health Intelligence team and would love you to join us.

We have recently implemented a new single data warehouse across UHN and are ready to leverage this as a team. We aim to embrace new tools and technologies to simplify routines and expand our analytical capabilities beyond traditional methods.

Our goal is to support stakeholders across UHN by developing close working relationships, making data accessible, and focusing on insights derived from data.

We are mainly a remote team, supporting flexible working arrangements. We hold team meetings once a month on-site, depending on content, and may require on-site presence for stakeholder support.

The post holder will be a key member of the Health Intelligence Insights & Partnerships team, engaging proactively with colleagues and external contacts.

The responsibilities include supporting the production of timely, accurate reports and bespoke analyses, ensuring compliance with regulations, aiding decision-making, and enhancing performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in stakeholder management and delivering analytics for operational, performance, and planning decisions.
