Avante Care & Support in Bexleyheath is seeking a skilled Cook to lead a kitchen team in our Parkview dementia care home. You’ll plan nutritious, culturally appropriate menus and ensure meals are prepared to high standards for residents.

You’ll mentor kitchen staff, uphold food hygiene, and adapt dishes to individual dietary needs while working within a friendly, not-for-profit environment that values care and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience running a kitchen and leading a team.
• Knowledge of elderly dietary requirements and food hygiene standards.
• Relevant catering qualifications (Level 2 or above).
