Voyage Care seeks a Registered Service Manager to lead Dryad Spinney in Blackfield, near Southampton, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support while sustaining full regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee staff development, and collaborate with families, professionals and commissioners to deliver outstanding outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and related needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within a regulated adult social care setting (Registered Manager or senior role).
• Experience with CQC registration or working towards it.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience developing colleagues and driving service improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, visible hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the service.
• Lead, coach and develop the staff team.
• Drive quality, compliance and service improvement initiatives.
• Complete audits, action plans and regulatory reporting.
• Manage budgets and service performance.
• Ensure safe, person-centred support is delivered.
• Build relationships with families, professionals and commissioners.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing development of colleagues.
• Prepare the service for inspections and maintain governance standards.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
