Job summary

ADVINIA HEALTH CARE in the UK is recruiting a Registered Nurse to work within our care home teams, delivering high standards of person-centred resident care and collaborating with home managers to ensure safety and wellbeing.

You will lead a team, supervise care assistants, manage care plans, administer medicines in line with NMC guidelines, and maintain accurate records. The role operates on day shifts from 08:00 to 20:00, with a focus on mentoring and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMC Registration with at least 1 year of nursing practice.
• Experience in elder care or care home setting preferred.
• Ability to lead, mentor and supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard, person-centred nursing care.
• Lead and support care team, monitor care plans.
• Administer medicines per policy and document.
• Maintain accurate resident records and monthly care plan reviews.
