The role involves medicine management, care planning, and supporting rehabilitation while maintaining residents' dignity. NB – pay depends on experience, with a starting rate of £18.82 per hour and rising to £19.82 after one year post-qualification.

Qualifikationen

• Numerate and literate with ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to understand and effectively use IT and communication systems required for the role.
• Ability to develop internal and external business relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst motivating their team.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and oversee the highest possible standards of person-centred care and continually assess residents' needs and wishes.
• Champion independence and personal choice; develop and update care plans to meet changing needs.
• Oversee all aspects of medicine management on shift, ensure medicines are received, stored and administered per policy.
• Build and market the positive reputation of the business; communicate with visitors, families and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive from admission to discharge.
• Participate in inspections (RQIA, Trusts, CCGs) and ensure teams are prepared.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines and proactively manage risks.
