Job summary

Maples Care Home in Bexleyheath, part of Care Concern Group, is a purpose-built nursing home with 75 ensuite bedrooms offering a warm, homely atmosphere. We seek a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver clinically led care, lead shifts and support a professional team in a well-led environment.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medication and monitor health changes, ensuring dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Confident in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a care home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and develop care plans for residents.
