Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse for Amherst Court in the United Kingdom. You will provide hands-on nursing care, support and mentor care staff, and ensure clinical excellence in line with safety regulations.

The role requires an active NMC registration, prior care home experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will work with the Nurse Manager to sustain high standards and deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualificações

• Hold a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a care home or similar nursing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver hands-on nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
• Lead, support and mentor Health Care Assistants.
• Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with safety regulations.
