Hamberley Care Homes is recruiting a Lead Nurse for our Elstow Manor Bedford home. As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver holistic, person-centred care and build strong relationships with residents and families. The role offers 12-hour shifts with alternate weekends.

We offer a competitive salary (£25.08/hour) and benefits package, 5.6 weeks holiday, a performance bonus linked to quality ratings, pension, development opportunities and well-being support.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) required.
• Demonstrable post-registration experience.
• Experience in a care home or elderly setting preferred.

Working Pattern

12 hour shifts and working alternate weekends on a rota basis.

• NMC registration - Either RGN or RMN
