Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Enfield team in Greater London. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £25.70, with generous holiday allowance and a focus on holistic, resident-centered care in a luxury home environment.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and have access to excellent training and career development opportunities across our UK homes.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) is essential.
• Demonstrable post-registration nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Preferably experience in care homes or elderly care.
• Commitment to delivering high quality care with excellent communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of resident care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Liaise directly with GPs and other care providers to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain and enhance clinical skills across dementia, medical, wound and stroke care.
