Job summary

Corus Consultancy Limited seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home in Bloxwich. You will oversee daily operations, safeguarding, and a nurturing environment for young people, while driving excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role within children's residential care.
Experience meeting Ofsted Registered Manager requirements.
Registration with Ofsted or working towards it.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a Children's Residential Home for young people with complex needs.
Ensure operations meet Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
Promote positive outcomes and safeguarding within a therapeutic environment.
Lead, motivate and develop a team of residential staff.
Oversee recruitment, supervision, performance management and training.
Oversee care planning, risk assessments and placement matching.
