Job summary

Panasonic Appliances Refrigeration Systems de México S. A. de C. V. seeks an experienced service technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration, HVAC and related systems in supermarkets and cold storage facilities.

You will lead preventive maintenance programs, collaborate with other technicians, and manage parts and paperwork while ensuring high-quality service. Elevating customer satisfaction is a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC-R technical schooling preferred.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• External candidates: 10 years in the field or 7 years with technical school; internal: 7 years with OJT.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and self-contained merchandisers.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex service calls.
• Lead PM programs and serve as a technical resource to other technicians.
• Manage parts, inventory, paperwork and vehicle maintenance.
• Work nights and/or weekends as required.
