Job summary

Third Space Chelsea is seeking a Lead Instructor to own all things Reformer Pilates and serve as a familiar face within the club. You will work alongside the Group Exercise Manager as an ambassador of our market‑leading Group Exercise programme.

The role is based in Chelsea, 32 hours per week (20 teaching Pilates, 12 business duties). You will be fully qualified to teach equipment and mat Pilates and act as a dynamic brand ambassador across events and on social platforms.

Qualifications

• Fully-qualified to teach equipment and mat Pilates.
• Lead and inspire classes, and participate in events and staff training.
• Based in Chelsea; 32 hours per week with 20 teaching hours and 12 business duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mat and equipment Pilates classes.
• Represent Third Space at events and staff roadshows.
• Support recruitment, training and brand standards.
