Overview

We have a unique opportunity for a Lead Recruitment Practitioner to join our HR & OD directorate and lead our Operational Recruitment Team.

Responsibilities
  1. Line management of the operational recruitment team, including performance management and KPI setting.
  2. Oversee workload distribution and resource allocation for efficient recruitment processes.
  3. Support team with specialist knowledge of ORACLE or similar systems to resolve issues proactively.
Candidate Profile
  1. Holding or working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  2. Level 3 or above management qualification or equivalent team management experience.
  3. Experience in a busy operational recruitment environment, with skills in quality standards and data-driven problem solving.
  4. Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, including working with senior management.
  5. Resilience and a collaborative approach to achieve successful outcomes.
