Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Team Leader to support two senior managers and inspire a 16-strong team, delivering outstanding guest services across ground and client floors.

The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a shift rota between 7:30 AM and 7 PM. Salary £38,000 per annum with benefits including travel discounts, pension, wellness programs, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-line guest services team.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and people skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Deputy GSM and GSM in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain excellence on ground floor and client floors.
• Proactively manage and upskill the team to address gaps.
• Role split: 70% leadership and coaching, 30% admin/adhoc tasks.
• Ensure SOPs are followed in daily service.
