Qualifications

Formal training or certification on React engineering concepts.
Proven delivery of commercial React Native apps in production at scale.
Deep knowledge of React Native and Expo internals.
Mastery of TypeScript and mobile build/release systems.
Experience optimizing large codebases and architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

Establish and refine SDLC (testing strategy, automation, CI/CD, code quality gates).
Design a release strategy enabling frequent, stable releases.
Define and evolve React Native / Expo mobile architecture for a mass-market consumer application.
Design and deliver a modular core platform enabling rapid, reliable feature iteration.
Recruit, mentor and lead a lean, high-impact engineering team.
