Job summary

You will train staff and support ramp teams to meet airline and company standards. Applicants must have Ramp/Airline experience, be 18+, hold a High School diploma or GED, and pass pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• Prior Ramp/Airline experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including a drug test.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English proficiently.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with no violations in 5 years.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs continuously.
• Must be flexible to work variable shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead/outbound bag room operations and load/unload luggage from aircraft.
• Operate motorized equipment and read load sheets and routing tags.
• Ensure load integrity and safety compliance for flights.
• Assist ramp agents to maintain professional, safe operations.
• Receive training and attend mandatory airline training as required.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
