Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust invites applications for a radiography role. The post holder will work autonomously, lead service improvement projects, and collaborate with radiologists to plan imaging protocols, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires a postgraduate award in the area of expertise (Masters level desirable) and knowledge of IRR17/IRMER17, CoSHH, and health & safety regulations.

Formación

• Postgraduate award in area of expertise; Masters level desirable.
• Knowledge of IRR17 and IRMER17, CoSHH, Health and Safety regulations.
• Aware of national/local guidelines for safe equipment use in imaging.
• Lead service improvement projects using local standards.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with radiologists and management to plan imaging protocols.
• Develop new and improved care to patients within the dept.
• Lead development and implementation of work policies and protocols.
• Deputise for the Team Manager when required.
• Set and maintain standards for the radiographic service.
• Undertake first-line complaint handling and address radiographic problems.
• Ensure all staff are trained to latest protocols.
