Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in the UK is seeking an Associate Director for R&D Ethics & Compliance to lead the UK ethics & compliance programme. You will shape governance at the UK R&D site, ensuring lawful, ethical interactions with healthcare professionals and organisations.

You will bring senior-level experience in regulatory affairs and data privacy, influence across a global matrix, and strong leadership for training and guidance across UK and EU standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced pharma Ethics & Compliance professional with regulatory know-how.
• Knowledge of UK/EU pharma law and industry codes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate a complex matrix.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the R&D UK Ethics & Compliance programme.
• Establish Governance Committee for oversight and accountability.
• Advise on complex regulatory matters and translate requirements into guidance.
• Lead SOP development, risk management and corrective actions.
• Oversee transfer-of-value processes with HCPs and HCOs.
• Collaborate with global teams to apply guidance consistently.
