Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo UK is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to lead and evolve the Ethics and Compliance programme across the organisation. The role requires partnering with UK Sales, Marketing and Medical teams, ensuring adherence to ABPI and PMCPA guidelines while driving a culture of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in compliance and ethics programs within the pharmaceutical industry (ABPI Code, PMCPA, global/region expectations).
• Practical experience with UK ABPI Code of Practice and regulatory requirements in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Ethics and Compliance programme for DSUK.
• Provide high-quality compliance training and guidance across functions.
• Collaborate with internal compliance groups and business partners to identify risks and mitigate them.
• Develop policies/guidance and ensure effective communication and embedding into processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects to mitigate identified compliance risks.
• Support HR on Speak Up processes and employee investigations when required.
• Outline and execute monitoring strategies and risk assessments as needed.
