Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Degree-qualified with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
• Non-degree qualified with at least 7 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects.
• Work closely with internal teams and external clients.
• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion.
