Streamline Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in North Yorkshire. In this role, you will take ownership of the commercial management of various construction projects, ensuring financial performance and contributing to team success.

This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum along with benefits like 25 days annual leave, profit share scheme, and fully funded training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Degree-qualified with a minimum of 4 years’ experience or non-degree qualified with at least 7 years’ experience.
• Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects.
• Work closely with internal teams and external clients.
• Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Act as a commercial lead, ensuring financial performance and control.
