Job summary

Foster & May in Leeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, forward-thinking Quantity Surveying Consultancy. You will oversee a small team and manage a diverse portfolio across office fit-out, commercial, and storage sectors.

You will deliver pre and post contract services, mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors, and build long-term client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar), with MRICS preferred, and

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Ideally MRICS.
• Experience working within a UK PQS Consultancy.
• Ideally Project Management / Employers Agent Experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to run a project independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small team and deliver a broad portfolio across office fit-out, commercial, and storage sectors.
• Deliver pre and post contract services while mentoring Junior Quantity Surveyors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
