Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to lead high-end interior projects from inception to final account. The role covers commercial and operational duties, ensuring on-time delivery, robust cost control and premium finish on prestigious schemes across the UK.

Applicants should have Quantity Surveying or Project Management experience, with strong Excel reporting and a full UK driving licence. Croydon office/site based, with travel and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying and/or Project Management within construction or interiors.
• Strong background using Excel for reporting and calculations.
• Commutable to Sutton/Purley and London & South East sites.
• Full UK drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist plasterwork and interior projects from order through to final account.
• Manage commercial and operational delivery to meet programmes and budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality, safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams and workshop to keep projects on track.
