You will manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments while providing timely cost analyses and forecasts to support project decisions. This role involves collaboration with project managers and clients, offering opportunities for growth within the Northern region of the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage project costs from inception to completion.
• Experience preparing cost estimates, budgets and tender documents.
• Ability to provide timely financial analysis and reports to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management across projects and ensure financial control.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor valuations and payments.
• Provide accurate forecasts and cost analyses for decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to keep projects on budget.
• Prepare final accounts and resolve contractual cost claims.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
