Job summary

TN Talent Recruitment Ltd is partnering with an established engineering business to recruit a Senior Quality Inspector stepping into leadership. You will oversee inspection at multiple stages, read drawings, interpret tolerances and GD&T, and guide colleagues in quality standards.

You’ll be hands-on, responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 processes, solving quality issues with root-cause analysis and helping shape improvements across the shop floor. A clear path to quality leadership awaits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on dimensional inspection experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances (GD&T).
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Able to guide others and share inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee first-off, in-process and final inspection.
• Read and interpret drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
• Use precision measuring equipment and ensure methods are accurate.
• Collaborate with machinists to resolve quality issues.
• Investigate non-conformances and root causes.
• Maintain ISO 9001 processes and support audits.
• Share knowledge and help develop inspection standards.
• Influence quality management across the business.
