Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Quality Specialist - QA Engineering in the United Kingdom to guide quality assurance across tendering, project execution, and QA activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with QA experience preferred.
• Proven QA engineering experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

Responsibilities

• Support EPC tendering and project execution phases.
• Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
• Establish and execute Project Quality Plans with witness points and quality records.
• Ensure customer quality requirements and FOE/Lessons Learned are incorporated into proposals and execution.
• Advise functional managers on projects, processes and procedures within quality.
