Job summary
Plexus in the United Kingdom (Kelso/ Livingston sites) seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors. You will lead New Product Introduction and deploy strategic quality initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and key customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related engineering experience.
- Experience with APQP and New Product Introduction processes.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
- Willingness to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build quality into new products from the outset by partnering with other functions and customers.
- Lead proactive quality initiatives to meet or exceed manufacturing standards.
- Provide technical training, leadership, and guidance to the quality team and stakeholders.
- Design, develop and maintain the quality management system in line with Plexus strategy.
- Effectively communicate goals and quality concerns to internal teams and customers.
