Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
2. Assist team members with investigations and develop appropriate solutions.
3. Conduct internal audits and participate in supplier audits annually.
4. Participate in team appraisals and reviews.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as a Lead or Senior Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in mentoring, leading, or managing engineering teams.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment with risk management.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
