Job summary

Hudl is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for our Applied Machine Learning team in London. This role involves providing technical leadership, owning quality infrastructure, and collaborating with teams to ensure that ML products are delivered safely and efficiently. We encourage candidates who live near our London office, but are also open to remote workers across the U.K.

The ideal candidate should have experience leading complex quality initiatives, a strong understanding of CI/CD practices, and a collaborative mindset to influence engineering quality across squads.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality initiatives across platform and product teams.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment safety patterns.
• Ability to influence teams to adopt best practices.
• Experience in solving quality challenges in distributed ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with ML platform tooling.
