We are currently working with an exciting startup enhancing accessibility for Deaf individuals who use sign language by translating written and digital content into their preferred language. Role Overview: As the Lead Python Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development of our platform. You will oversee the technical architecture, build and lead a team of developers, and ensure that our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with our mission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical leadership position and is passionate about building impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, robust, and secure backend systems using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of APIs, microservices, and integrations for seamless functionality.
• Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure the platform’s reliability by implementing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
