• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Strong knowledge of Python and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions for real-time marking, pricing, and market data within Rates Nonlinear trading desk.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews others' code.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and operations with validated AI outputs.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to increase value and reliability.
• Owns the technology agenda for the EMEA region in partnership with traders and researchers.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives across risk, market data, and related platforms.
• Evaluates external vendors and internal teams for architectural alignment.
• Builds trusted relationships with front office and research stakeholders.
