You will lead design, code reviews, and mentorship while coordinating with the VP of Engineering and stakeholders to drive growth in a hybrid Leeds-based setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Software Developer or similar leadership role in a product-focused environment.
• Expertise in Python development.
• Strong understanding of building scalable, high-performance systems and applications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Python-based applications, ensuring they are scalable and future-proof.
• Collaborate with the wider business to translate goals into technical solutions.
