Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of robust, scalable applications using Python.
• Remain hands-on with coding and contribute directly to key projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other developers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure development standards and best practices are maintained.
• Contribute to technical architecture, design and development decisions.
• Analyse complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Work extensively with data using SQL and R.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance and development processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop members of the wider engineering team.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
