Job summary

Client Server in London is seeking a Lead Python Developer to blend technical leadership with hands-on software engineering on a modern Python-based platform. You will mentor developers, drive engineering standards and guide architectural decisions.

You’ll influence technical direction with product and stakeholders, delivering new capabilities in a fast-moving FinTech environment. Hybrid work in London with WFH up to two days.

Qualifications

• Expert Python developer with full SDLC experience.
• Experience leading a team and conducting 1-2-1s and reviews.
• Cloud knowledge with GCP/AWS/Azure acceptable.
• Experience building APIs, preferably FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
