Qualifications

• 8+ years' commercial Python development experience.
• Previous experience leading teams or acting as a Tech Lead.
• Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic engineer who balances speed, quality, and scalability.
• Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PyTest.
