Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust invites applications from a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with a passion for older people and Memory Services. Funding for 0.7 WTE may be available for QiCN-experienced candidates and who can supervise staff in neuropsychology; otherwise a 0.6 post with supervision in the other area is offered.

Qualifications

• Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with interest in older adults and Memory Services.
• QiCN expertise and ability to provide specialist supervision may enable 0.7 WTE funding.
• Post may be offered at 0.6 with supervision in the other area.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to psychological practitioners across care pathways.
• Lead consultation, supervision, teaching, and staff training.
• Governance of psychological/cognitive screens, treatments and outcome measurements.
• Ensure a high quality, timely, accessible and evidence-based service aligned with NICE and Trust policies.
