Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with a passion for older adults and memory services. The role offers flexible 0.7 WTE if QiCN expertise is present, or 0.6 WTE with supervised time allocated to the other area.

NELFT provides high-quality supervision, opportunities for research and development, and a supportive environment across multiple London boroughs. Induction and ongoing professional support are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Clinical or Counselling psychologist with interest in older adults and memory services.
• Experience in neuropsychology supervision is desirable (QiCN).
• Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to psychological practitioners across the care pathways.
• Lead consultation, supervision, teaching and staff training with audit and evaluation.
• Governance of psychological and cognitive screens and delivery of evidence-based care.
