Job summary

You will oversee programme, budget, quality and safety while coordinating site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects.
• Experience within water, wastewater, utilities or infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong programme and project-management skills.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing water, wastewater and civil engineering projects from inception to completion
• Taking responsibility for programme, budget, quality and overall project delivery
• Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and resources
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Working closely with commercial teams to monitor project costs
• Managing variations, change and project risks
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and to specification
