Job summary

Reds10, a London-based leader in off-site construction, seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects from inception to completion. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, commercial, production, site operations and aftercare, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in Project or Construction Management (or equivalent)
Proven experience managing construction projects (pre-construction included)
Membership in APM/RICS/CIOB or similar desirable but not essential
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solid BIM and project management process knowledge
Highly organised with attention to detail
Commercial awareness with problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Lead projects end-to-end from initiation to delivery
Coordinate design, commercial, production, site operations, and aftercare teams
Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors
Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones
Oversee budgets, contracts, and cost control to hit target margins
Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and change control
Guide projects through planning applications and approvals
Ensure health & safety compliance (CDM) and company standards
Maintain project reporting, communication and documentation
Drive delivery of sustainability targets and social value goals
