Job summary

Reds10, a leading off-site construction innovator, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a Portsmouth MOD project. The role is predominantly site-based, with visits to the manufacturing facility in London and client locations as required.

You will lead on-site delivery, coordinate multi-trade teams and ensure safety, quality and budget adherence. The ideal candidate has demonstrable on-site project management experience, CSCS and SMSTS, and a degree in construction/n related

Qualifications

  • On-site project delivery experience from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • CSCS Card essential.
  • SMSTS qualification essential.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline desirable (or equivalent).
  • Membership of APM/CIOB/RICS or similar desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and internal delivery teams (design, commercial, production, site operations, aftercare).
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to meet programme milestones.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, stakeholders and subcontract partners.
  • Manage project budgets, cost control and programme performance for commercial success.
  • Identify and manage project risks, opportunities and change control.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor quality assurance throughout construction.
  • Maintain project reporting and communications across stakeholders.
  • Support sustainability objectives including carbon reduction and social value targets.
  • Deliver projects to high safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Reds10 is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team in Portsmouth working on an MOD project.

This is a predominantly site‑based role, taking ownership of projects through the construction and delivery phases, while working closely with project teams across design, commercial, production and site operations. The role will involve regular visits to project sites, alongside occasional travel to our manufacturing facility, London HQ and client locations as required.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the successful delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover

  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience managing construction projects on‑site from commencement through to completion
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and project stakeholders
  • CSCS Card (essential)
  • SMSTS Qualification (essential)
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and project delivery processes
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience) is desirable
  • Membership of APM, CIOB, RICS or similar professional body desirable but not essential
