Job summary

Mace is seeking lead technical advisors and project managers to guide high‑performing multidisciplinary teams on a portfolio of new build, refurbishment, remodelling and carbon reduction projects. Roles cover London, Bristol and Winchester with a client‑facing focus from strategy through contract management.

These positions involve BIM, off‑site construction, social value creation and ensuring NZC in operation and construction. Flexible, hybrid working options are available where suitable.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications and knowledge of health, safety, and sector regulations.
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities
