Job summary

Mace is seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee major projects across our Cities and Places sector. Based in our Birmingham/London/other locations, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and risk, and ensure delivery aligns with clients’ ambitions and sustainability standards.

You will collaborate with government and private-sector clients to deliver homes, schools, offices and retail developments, balancing timeline, cost, and quality while championing safety and compliant

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional development.
• Substantial delivery experience on projects and programmes.
• Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations.

• Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
