Job summary

Outsource Construction seeks an experienced Demolition Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of demo projects across Strip Out, Cut & Carve, and Top Down packages in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You will manage safety, quality and programmes, coordinating subcontractors and liaising with clients.

The role requires a demonstrable track record in demolition, CSCS Gold Card, asbestos awareness, and strong communication and computer literacy.

• Demonstrable track record in delivering demolition projects.
• Gold Card, Black CSCS card. Asbestos Awareness, Mandatory.
