Job Description:

An emerging project and cost consultancy, who are becoming an ever-growing name within the Data Centre market, are looking to make their next hire.

Working on a new build data centre in North London, you will be working very closely with your client, a large global developer of Data Centres, to deliver a new facility. This role has exceptional growth opportunity to become the account lead for this client on behalf of this Project and Cost Management business. The project is currently in the pre-construction phase set out under a FIDIC Yellow contract.

These types of UK project opportunities are becoming harder and harder to find, so an opportunity to work on a scheme that has a long-term programme over 3+ years are seldom seen and an opportunity not to be missed.

In terms of skills and experience, it is essential that you have a proven track record of delivering new build schemes within the High-Tech industry. That can be for a Developer or a Consultancy firm. FIDIC Contract knowledge is also required.

The existing Team within the business have a strong reputation in the Data centre market and are actively working on several opportunities in the UK and Europe. They have impressive expansion plans over the next 6-12 months and they are looking for candidates that can take ownership and responsibility of projects with some guidance from experienced professionals.

On offer is a competitive package of up to £90,000 plus company car along with a good bonus scheme, private pension, private medical and more. More importantly, you get to work for a superb company that puts its people first!

Ideally they are looking for someone to start in December but appreciate that most candidates will have a three-month notice period.
