Job summary

Frontline Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead the delivery of electronic security installations, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm, from mobilisation to handover. You will coordinate site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and high quality while working with project managers to meet budgets.

The role covers Guilford, Farnborough and Reading, with potential travel to customer sites and a need to be based nearby.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation and commissioning of electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, or Integrated Security).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Experience coordinating engineers and/or subcontractors on site.
• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and commissioning capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of assigned security projects from mobilisation through commissioning, testing and handover.
• Review and interpret project designs, specifications and scopes of work; resolve technical queries with designers/clients.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise installation and commissioning activities of engineers and subcontractors on site.
