Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and oversee project activities, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Experience in project engineering within the offshore/subsea industry
• Proven success in managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Oil & Gas Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 8-10 years relevant engineering experience
• Ability to perform independently and mentor engineering personnel
• Experience managing subcontracts and site management of fabrication subcontractors
• Knowledge of QA/QC principles and industry codes and standards
• Understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
