You will support the Healthy Working Life portfolio, leading a small team and overseeing financial elements, performance metrics, and contract reporting to demonstrate the impact of funding for residents across West Yorkshire.

You will also work flexibly across the wider service area, supporting the management, monitoring, and delivery of employment, health and skills

Role details

We currently have a vacancy for a Lead Programme Performance Coordinator to join our Employment and Skills Team supporting our Healthy Working Life portfolio.

You will be a highly motivated and proactive individual, with the ability to lead a small, experienced team in managing the financial elements, internal and external performance metrics, contract reporting as well as demonstrating the impact of funding for West Yorkshire residents. Our Healthy Working Life portfolio delivers a range of employment, health and skills programmes aimed at reducing health-related barriers to work, supporting people to remain in or return to employment, and improving health, wellbeing, and economic outcomes across West Yorkshire.

A key part of this is the Work Well programme, which the postholder will support through effective delivery and performance management. The successful applicant will also work flexibly across the wider service area, supporting the management, monitoring and delivery of a range of employment, health and skills programmes as required.
