Job summary
CITB in Erith, Kent, seeks a Programme Manager for Access & Scaffolding to lead apprenticeship and commercial training at NCC South. You will shape strategy, drive growth and ensure high-quality provision across the curriculum.
The role requires education management experience within construction or related technical fields, strong leadership and the ability to develop staff and partnerships with employers. Permanent, 35 hours, salary £58,633 plus allowances.
Qualifications
- Experience in education at management level with responsibility for curriculum
- Strong leadership and management capabilities in a vocational setting
- Background in construction, engineering or related technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Access & Scaffolding curriculum area with clear direction
- Ensure provision meets Ofsted and other compliance standards
- Drive funding compliance and quality standards across programmes
- Lead curriculum planning to ensure commercial viability
- Develop lecturers, instructors and support teams
- Oversee quality improvement and curriculum performance reviews
- Build relationships with employers and industry partners
- Champion safeguarding, inclusion and health & safety
